My Story

Photo’s are my thing..

Being this side of the lens means I don’t have to run and hide when the camera comes out. If someone else gets ‘snappy happy’ I’m the first one hiding at the back of the group behind all the tall people hoping I don’t get noticed.

Everybody say “CHEESE” – Duck!!

I love photography, I love it so much I want to share it.

2017

The year this baby was born
I’ve got some fancy equipment, 6 years of amateur snaps under my belt, throw in a Diploma in photography along the way and here I am giving it a go.

Photography

“There are NO limits when it comes to creativity”

If you can picture it, I’ll do all I can to create and capture it (***Small print alert*** of course there are actual limits)

As a lot of mum’s/expectant mum’s do…

I got my first camera just before my little boy was born – Knowing I would become full on picture-taker the second he came into the world, documenting every little breath. I’m sure he and my husband are the most “papped” non-celebrities in the country. Extremely brilliant test subjects and so supportive. I couldn’t ask for more.

I’m a bit of a clown! In a good way

My outlook is positive and I much prefer to see the brighter side of things. I’ve worked with people in general for over 18 years (wow, how old?). We’re all going in the same direction so lets have some fun along the way.

My main focus in photography is newborns, babies and children – although not limited to. Being able to capture special moments, that as a parent you can cherish forever, brings a huge amount of joy. If I can put a smile on even one persons face – I’d be feeling pretty proud of myself.
